Would love to have a drop resistant metal frame, as we would probably not be getting aftermarket protective cases on this and repairs will be tough. Water resistance would be a great feature as well.

I use my phone generally for outdoor photography as it is a better form factor than a full sized camera, so a combination of tough metal frame, water resistance and an excellent camera (I’ve heard the pixel api can be ported onto other android devices; apologies if I am being naive, not the most technologically-inclined) will be a game changer!

Hi Pierre,
I think a plastic finish would be useful for the rear screen. However it would be good to think of fingerprints on the rear, perhaps a matte finish would be good? With a black background on the e-paper display, this could give a brushed aluminium look.
